Plant comprising of Extruder, temperature and control panel including AC variable speed drives for the motors for extruder, nip rollers, Gadet-1, gadget-2 and second take off nip rollers. All motors will be synchronized for speed control. Speed controlling Potentiometers, analogical Ampere meters and digital RPM meters for all variable speed motors are provided.
Sheet die according to plant model with heaters, Stainless steel water bath take up with roller, First take up rollers, Tape Slitting blade holder , first gadget, Orientation hot chamber, second gadget, second take up rollers and side trimmed tape collector and grinding unit is provided.
Magnetic Cheese winders with came traverse and individual controllers is supplied for winding the tape. |
