Barrel & screw of the Extruders made from nitride steel (EN-41B), screw & barrel inner surface highly finish and hardened by Gas/Plasma Nitride Process. Dies made from alloy steel & hardened or hard chrome plated.
Optional : Belt up down movement and grip pressure by hydraulic cylinder for slipless pulling is also available. |
